Brian McHugh

Brian started making pizza when he was in high school, it fit perfectly with his sports schedule and active lifestyle. He continued in the pizza business after high school and decided to make a career of it. He opened the pizzeria in Brigantine along with his brother Jim in 1985 and hasn’t looked back. It has been a great career for Brian, he is a very social person with a lot of energy to spare. He has touched a lot of lives along the way. After over 45 years of making pizza Brian is focusing on his other passion, teaching and coaching tennis. You will still find him making pizza in the summer though, he can’t leave the business entirely! 

Jim McHugh

Jim also began making pizza when he was in high school. It was a family tradition at that point as their Mom also worked in a sub shop when he and Brian were young. Jim agreed to join with Brian and go into the pizza business as a career. Jim is a fixture in Brigantine . He is always at the ready to support the local community and share his special brand of humor and kindness along the way. Jim’s family works in the pizzeria along with him, you will catch at least one McHugh in the shop on most days

Lisa McHugh

Lisa is the accidental pizza girl. Not a career she sought but rather fell into as an “if you can’t beat them, join them” kind of way. You will find her manning the helm at the Galloway location along with Justin, Brian and Lisa’s son. She loves the business and is very glad to have found her little spot to run.
